1) Do you offer international delivery?
Yes we do, please have a look through our shop & make a list of the items you would like to purchase then email what you would like & where you need it sent to, to admin@coffeesecrets.com.au our team will then put a range of delivery options together for you to choose from & provide you with a link to pay for your oder online. Currently the Shop does not automatically calculate international shipping rates.
2) Do you offer special deals for offices that order your coffee?
Yes we do, email us the details of what you would like to order to inquire@coffeesecrets.com.au and we will prepare a special quote just for you.
3) Do you sell coffee machines to offices?
Yes we do, we offer the Italian made Spidem Automatic coffee machines & the fully automatic Caramelli machine for large scale offices. To inqure about these machines email us at inquire@coffeesecrets.com.au
4) Can you help me choose a coffee blend?
Yes we can, simply email us what you are looking for, coffee’s you have tried before & liked or did not like! to inquire@coffeesecrets.com.au and a member of our team will be in touch to talk you through choosing a blend. Or use our live chat function on the website and a member of our team can talk you through choosing a blend in real time.
5) What payment options do you have available?
Currently our shop takes visa & mastercard, however if you would like to pay by bank deposit then please contact our friendly team at admin@coffeesecrets.com.au and they will provide you with all the details you need to process your payment by direct deposit.
