Basic coffee making skills (90 mins)

3. How to make the prefect espresso (20 mins)

4. How to froth the milk (20 mins)

5. How to pour and make all coffee beverages (20 mins)

BARISTA BASIC’S One (60 mins)

1. Basic understanding of Barista’s hygiene standard (10 mins)

2. The professional barista’s to do list (10 mins)

3. How to clean and maintain your coffee equipment (20 mins)

4. Basic trouble shooting for the espresso machine (10 mins)

5. Basic trouble shooting for the Grinder (10 mins)

BARISTA BASIC Two (90 mins)

1. Basic coffee cupping    (20 mins)

Barista courses are available at our Yatala training facility a short drive from both Brisbane & the Gold Coast. Courses are offered in the evenings & on weekends as well as weekdays.
