Here at Coffee Secrets, we know it takes time for an individual to transform into a Barista. That’s why we offer our Wholesale Partners in Coffee world class training for their staff.

Our training system is designed for café and restaurant owners like yourself, and will transform your staff from non-coffee makers to coffee makers to latte artists to Barista Speed Demons!

It all starts with the training modules – all of which are available for you to access via The Coffee Solutions members’ website in both booklet and video format. As a wholesaler, you will have access to this state of the art training system – at any time of the day or night.

You simply sign your staff up to attend training modules when it suits you.

We can also train your staff at our state-of-the-art facility!

If you choose, you can send your staff to our training facility based here at Yatala. We are just 20 minutes drive from the Gold Coast and 30 minutes drive from Brisbane.

With our state-of-the-art training facility, your team members will learn to use a wide range of coffee machines. This means they will return to your establishment, knowing how to get the most out of the equipment you use.

Here’s what our training program covers!

The training program we provide consists of the following modules:

• Barista Basics: Staff will learn to pour perfect espresso shots, stretch milk and freehand pour coffees.

• Workflow: This module shows staff how to calibrate and check all equipment and follow best working practices.

• Latte Art: Your team will learn how to create perfectly stretched milk and free pour a range of latte art designs.

• Speed Demon: This invaluable module will show your staff how to create consistent, quality coffee fast.

• Customer Service and Up Selling: All of the basic customer service principles are taught in this module, in addition to tools and tips on how to effectively up sell to customers.

And in addition to our quality training, as a Wholesale Partner in Coffee with us, you will receive an on-site visit from one of our Qualified Trainers to calibrate your equipment and take your entire team through coffee induction training at your premises.
